  8. This archive contains the German localization for BlacksEditor.
  9.  
  10. This archive's contents will be included in later versions of BlacksEditor.
  11. It was written using the LocalizationKit included in BlacksEditor V1.02.
  12. Before installing this archive, you should have a look if your BED already
  13. supports German localization !

  15. Installation:
  16. (Sorry, guys, no installer script. Workbench / Shell will do just fine.)

  18. Shell:    1.> cd <drive:>BED_German 
  19.           
  20.           where <drive:> means the drive you unpacked this archive to (eg. ram:).
  21.      
  22.           1.> copy Catalogs BED:Catalogs/ all
  23.           1.> copy BED:Support/Startup.dfn BED:Support/My_Old_Startup.dfn
  24.           1.> copy Support BED:Support/ all
  25.  
  26.           That's all.

  28. WB (3.0+): - Open BED's drawer.
  29.            - If the Catalogs and Support drawers are not visible, use 
  30.              "Windows -> Show Contents -> All" to make them visible
  31.            - Open BED_German's drawer
  32.            - Open the new Catalogs drawer
  33.            - Drag the drawer "deutsch" over BED's Catalogs drawer and drop it.
  34.            - Open your old "Support" drawer.
  35.            - Rename your old "Startup.dfn" in anything else.
  36.            - Close your old "Support" drawer.
  37.            - Open the new Support drawer
  38.            - Drag the file "Startup.dfn" over the BED's Support drawer and drop
  39.              it.

  41.            That's all folks.

  43. If you still use WB2.1, then please use the Shell installation procedure.
  44. I can't provide informations on how to use WB2.1 for installation as I don't
  45. have it myself.
  46. You should upgrade your Amiga to OS3.1, anyway.
